Thaw season
Site surveys, quotes and bookings. We do not dig soaked ground, but this is when the spring calendar fills up.
The busy season starts
Pavers, sod, grading, drainage corrections. The most requested stretch of the year, book early.
The big jobs
Excavation, retaining walls, parking areas. Dry weather is also the right window for sealer.
The last good window
The soil is still warm and nights are cool: the best time of year for sod and seeding. Last call for paving.
Before it freezes
Yard close-up and last minute drainage corrections. After the first hard freeze, we stop.
Planning the spring
No outdoor work, but quotes and site visits continue. Calling in January is not too early, that is how you get the date you want in May.

Visit and written quote
We look at the yard, the slopes, the access and what is buried. You get a detailed price in writing, free and with no pressure.
The work, with the owner on site
Locate request filed with Info-Excavation, protection mats on the lawn, and Jonathan on the machine from start to finish.
Cleanup and site walk
Yard, street and sidewalks cleaned. We walk the site with you, answer your questions, and the one-year written warranty starts there.
