Mechanical parking lot sweeping
Deep clean for commercial lots, condominiums and parking garages. We pick up winter sand, calcium, gravel and debris with a compact track loader and a rotary broom fitted with a water tank. It is not just about looks: calcium left on the ground attacks the concrete and the reinforcing steel, and the sand wears the surface down like sandpaper.

Land preparation with the Harley Rake New
We dig, we grade and we finish. Rough grading is done with the excavator, the finish is done with our new Harley Rake, a carbide-tooth drum that pulverizes the soil, windrows the rocks and leaves a seedbed ready to go. Because we do both, you get a finished yard instead of a rough one.

Kubota SVL65-2 track loader
Tracked skid steer for grading, compaction, material handling and aggregate placement. The tracks spread the weight to protect your property during the work.
Silverback 95 kg plate compactor
A 95 kg vibratory plate with a Honda GX engine, the go-to for solid, layer-by-layer compaction: paver and slab foundations, stone dust, recycled asphalt. It makes the difference between a surface that stays level and one that sinks.
